This application has been moved for suspension of execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment. The Applicant has been convicted for offence punishable under Section 323 of Indian Penal Code and, therefore, sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for three months and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-. The Appellate Court has confirmed the same. Pending the Revision Application, there shall be stay of execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment. Therefore, the Applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/-. The victim/Informant has been given Kiran Kawre
