Heard Mr. Sandeep Phatak, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants.

He submitted that, by earlier order dated 12th June,

77-IA-448-2023.doc 2015 passed in Civil Application (St) No.27989 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.388 of 1999, the Application has been allowed and the Petition was directed to be heard finally in the week commencing from 3rd August, 2015. He submitted that, there is another order dated 26th August, 2015 directing that, the Writ Petition be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 31st August, 2015.

He states that, most of the parties are senior citizens. The Applicant No.[1C] is a senior citizen of 72 years old and the Writ Petition is of the year 1999.

Place the Writ Petition in 'final hearing' board in the week commencing from 13th March, 2023. To be shown in the category of 'Senior Citizens'.

The Interim is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
