This Court by order dated 28 November 2022 granted bail to the present applicant on furnishing PR Bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not able to contact his relatives. It is submitted that the applicant be released on cash bail for a period of 12 weeks and within said period applicant will furnish the surety.

Even after grant of bail the applicant is in jail for more than one month. Considering the facts and circumstances, the applicant is Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2
