The applicant is seeking condonation of delay in preferring this application against the order dated 17/03/2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I) wherein it was stated that if the office objections are not removed within 4 weeks, matter will stand dismissed. As the office objections were not removed, matter came to be dismissed. The applicant is also seeking restoration 1/2

In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, delay in preferring this application is condoned. The order dated 17/03/2017 is set aside and the Writ Petition is restored to the file. The applicant is granted 4 weeks to remove office objections.
