In view of the consent terms entered into between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, and as such, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition if an occasion so arises in future. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
