By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 122 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 22.06.2017 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Mumbai in Summary Suit No. 8928 of 1995.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.

b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
