Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

It appears that Civil Application Stamp No. 7165 of 2017 in First Appeal Stamp No. 25052 of 2016 came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections as directed by I/c Registrar, Judicial-II vide order dated 4th July, 2017. Now, by way of present application which is admittedly moved after 1 year and 264 days, the condonation of the same is sought for restoration of the said dismissed Civil Application Stamp No. 7165 of Rekha Patil

18-caf-3091-2019.doc 2017 in First Appeal Stamp No. 25052 of 2016. For the reasons stated in para Nos. 3 and 4 of this application, the same are accepted. For similar reasons, the order of I/c Registrar, JudicialII, dated 4th July, 2017 in Civil Application Stamp No. 7165 of 2017 in First Appeal Stamp No. 25052 of 2016 is also set aside. The applicants/appellants to remove office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today.
