By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed for expeditious hearing of Sessions case which was pending before the Trial Court. 2.

Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, by an Order dated 20.09.2019, the Hon'ble Sessions Court, Mumbai has convicted Petitioner under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code. The Petitioner has been transferred to Nashik Road Central Prison on 28.09.2022 for undergoing sentence. 3.

In view thereof, Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
