Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

An order was passed on January 5, 2023 while granting interim protection to the applicants of which relevant portion is read thus:- "2.
This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of First Information Report (FIR) No.1064/2022 registered on December 9, 2022 with Goregaon Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC' for short). 3.
It is alleged that the informant was impressed with the publication of the abstract book 'Saargranth' which was 1/3
supposed to be a compilation of the speeches of the Hon'ble Prime Minister while speaking in the programme 'Mann ki Baat'. An amount of Rs.4001/- was paid towards donation by the first informant on December 9, 2022. On the very same day he had some doubt about this publication and therefore, the FIR came to be registered. It is alleged that the applicants may have collected money from corporate entities as well. The police is investigating the matter."

Learned APP submit that the applicants have reported to the investigating ofocer.

Learned counsel for the applicants further submits that the applicants are willing to deposit a sum of Rs.4001/- with the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of one week from today. Statement is accepted. The deposit shall abide by the final outcome of the proceedings.

Having regard to the nature of the accusations and as the applicants have co-operated with the investigation, the custody of the applicants is not required. The interim protection is, therefore, confirmed. Hence the following order.
ORDER
(a) In the event of arrest of the applicants-Alok 2/3
Ranjan Tiwari and Kripa Shankar Tiwari in connection with FIR No.1064/2022 registered with Goregaon Police Station, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing P. R. bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. (b) The applicants shall report to the concerned police station as and when called.
(c) The applicants to co-operate with the investigating ofocer.
(d) The applicants shall furnish the details of their residential addresses and phone numbers to the investigating ofocer.
(e) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Ofocer and should not tamper with evidence.

The application is disposed of.
