This is an application received thorough Jail for bail. Advocate Smt. Patil submitted that now she has received instructions to appear on behalf of the applicant and she has filed her Vakalatnama. She submitted that, application filed by the applicant is a cryptic one and elaborate application is required to be filed. She therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before this Court.
