The prayer in the petition filed by the petitioner are general in nature and prima facie, it appears to be directed against the police Officer not to Registrar the criminal cases under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code in breaking love matter and family matters. 2.

Averments made in the application are too vague, general and it is difficult to grant for relief to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner stands disposed of.
