This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.144 of 2022 registered at Kundal Police Station, Sangli for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498A of Indian Penal Code. 3.
I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The deceased was the wife of the present applicant. The marriage of the deceased with the applicant was love marriage and parents Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

Though it is alleged that on 27 October 2022, the deceased had committed suicide as the deceased was subjected to ill treatment on account of demand of money, however, the report came to be lodged only on 1 December 2022 i.e. after 36 days of alleged incident. The only allegation against the present applicant is that he was asking the deceased to bring Rs.10,000/- from her parents for her education. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present applicant. In the result, the following order is passed :
(i) Application is allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant - Ajit Uttam Kamble in Crime No.144 of 2022 registered at Kundal Police Station, Sangli for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498A of Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 16th to 18th January 2023 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and shall cooperate in the investigation. ( N.R.
