Perused the order dated 12 th March, 2020. Though the learned Counsel for the sole respondent opposes the application, considering the reasons assigned in the application, we are of the opinion that the delay caused in filing the appeal is bonafide.

The learned Counsel for the parties submitted before this Court that the parties would explore the possibility of an amicable settlement through mediation process.

Accordingly, Shri Abhaykumar Apte, Advocate is appointed as a Mediator. The learned Mediator shall submit report of the Mediation to this Court within 8 weeks from today. Office is directed to intimate this order to the Mediator and provide address and mobile number of the learned Mediator to the parties.
