C.:- 1) Mrs.Takalkar, learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, after completion of the investigation of the present crime, the police have submitted charge sheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 23rd February 2018 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.288 of 2018.

1.1) As no material has been found against the Applicants during the investigation of the present crime, the names of Applicants have been dropped from the array of accused persons from the present case. 2) In view thereof, the Application for quashing of F.IR. No.90 of 2017 registered with Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
