Heard Mr. More, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Bohade for the respondents - claimants.

A delay of 203 days occurred in presenting the appeal, which according to Mr. More is not deliberate but due to the time required for discussion and communication inter se between the department of the appellant.

Mr. Bohade, has not strongly objected the prayer seeking condonation of delay and, therefore, the delay stands condoned as the reasons are satisfactory.
