Heard. By this Application u/s.24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 the Applicant husband is seeking transfer of MP. No.E-11/2018 filed by wife u/s.125 of the Cr.P.C. before the Family Court at Thane for maintenance to the Family Court at Bandra.

When this court declined to entertain the Application, the learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions from his client, who is present in court, seeks permission to withdraw the same. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
