The grievance of the Petitioner essentially in respect of apportionment of the amount of compensation. In the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, in paragraph 4 it has been stated as follows :- "I further say that Petitioner by his letter on 16.06.2017 had requested this office to not to pay compensation to the owner of the land of City survey No. 3398 and 3401 as their was some dispute between the Petitioner and owner of the property. However he had not taken any objection against the acquisition process. If further say that at the time of making award this office will consider and referred matter u/s 76 to the Competent Authority u/s 51 the said act."

By accepting the aforesaid statement made by the SLAO in the Affidavit-in-reply, we dispose of the Petition. We direct that for a period of 3 weeks after the award is passed, the amount shall not been disbursed.
