Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the intervenor and learned APP for the State. 2.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 341, 506(2), 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in connection with C.R. No.753 of 2022 dated 29/07/2022 registered with Kurar Police Station. 3.

The Sessions Court is requested to decide the application pending before it within a period of 10 days from today. No adjournment will be granted at the instance of the 1/2

PMB 924.ABA.3578-22.doc applicant. The interim order already in operation will be continued for a period of 10 days from today. The Sessions Court to decide the application uninfluenced by the fact that the present application was filed by the applicant in this Court.

It is made clear that I have not made any observations on merits of the matter. It is for the Sessions Court to decide the application on its own merits and in accordance with law.

I have heard learned counsel for the intervenor, who has strongly opposed the present application. It is urged that the application is filed by the present applicant in this Court without informing the Sessions Court, though the Sessions Court is seized of the matter. I have already observed that the Sessions Court will decide the application on its own merits without being influenced by the fact that the present application was filed in this Court. 6.
