By this Civil Application applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 28.09.2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which Civil Application Stamp No.13556 of 2017 stands dismissed for non-removal of office objection. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objection for condonation of delay as well as setting aside the Mohite 1/2

90 cafst34029-18.doc order dated 28.09.2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial - II) and for restoration of Civil Application Stamp No.13556 of 2017.

Hence, by consent, following order is passed: a.

Delay in filing Civil Application is condoned. b.

Order dated 28.09.2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial - II) is set aside.

c.

Civil Application Stamp No.13556 of 2017 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. d.

Applicant to remove all office objection in Civil Application Stamp No.13556 of 2017 within two weeks from today.

e.

If all office objections are removed in Civil Application Stamp No.13556 of 2017, same be placed on board for orders on 29.03.2019.

f.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
