Learned Counsel for respondent No.2 opposed the application vehemently. He would submit that the applicant No.1 is earning handsome income. He would submit that the reasons stated in the application that due to financial difficulties the Appeal could not be filed within time, does not merit consideration.

I have gone through the application. I am satisfied that the delay of 20 days in filing the Appeal deserves to be condoned.
