This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Second Appeal by setting aside the order dated 20th October, 2022 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II). By the said order, two weeks time was granted to remove the offce objections failing which registration of the Second Appeal was directed to be refused.

Mr. Sonawane, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, he will comply with the offce objections, if any, within

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c). 5.
