After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned Order, the learned counsel, on instructions, from the petitioner No.1 who is personally present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate all his contentions before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the said Suit.
