Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner, who is a member of Respondent No.2- Cooperative Bank, has availed a loan from Respondent No.2Cooperative Bank. According to the Petitioner, though the recovery certificate has been refused, still a show cause notice is issued by Respondent No.2- Cooperative Bank Ltd.

Respondent No.2 is a Co-operative Bank. No relief is sought against any other authorities. The dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2- Co-operative Bank falls within the business

Trupti 2 902-wp-14940-2023.doc of the Co-operative Court. The Petitioner has a remedy of approaching the Co-operative Court. Show cause notice is of September 2023. Keeping all contentions of the parties open, in case the Petitioner approaches the Co-operative Court, we dispose of the writ petition.
