Mr. Aniket Nikam, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He further submits that the applicant is in custody since 2014. He submits that the charge has already been framed and prays that the trial be expedited. 2.

In the light of above, leave is granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to dispose of the MCOC Case No.05 of 2015 pending before Sessions Judge, Pune as expeditiously as possible.
