Heard. This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.817 of 2017 registered with Shirur Police Station, Tal. Shirur, Dist. Pune, under Sections 353 and 279 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7, 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

After arguing at length, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The learned counsel, upon
