Learned APP submits that in the present case, trial has commenced. The date of hearing was 9/1/2018 and the next scheduled date is 24/1/2018. In such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to consider the application seeking enlargement on bail on merits. On this ground alone, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.
