The applicant was directed to be released on bail vide order dated 6th October, 2018 passed by this Court in B.A No. 600 of 2018, the applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that in pursuant to the order dated 6th October, 2018, applicant has furnished cash security and has been released on bail. The applicant has also furnished requisite documents in relation to the surety and verification report has been received by the Registry of the concerned Court. However, the surety is yet to be accepted and in accordance with

Sknair 503-appp-1480-18.odt the procedural safeguards it would take some more time. It is therefore prayed that the cash security granted by this Court may be extend by a period of four weeks.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the facility of surety granted by this Court dated 6th October, 2018 is extended by four weeks to enable the applicant to complete the process of surety. 3.

Application stands disposed off.
