DATE : 11 MARCH, 2024 P.C. :- This interim application is seeking liberty to deposit the rent of the suit premises before the Small Causes Court at Bandra, Mumbai from October 2019 till date and thereafter on every 10th day of the month till the hearing and disposal of the civil revision application which is pending before this Court. 2.

I have gone through the interim application. Suffice will be the purpose if without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The said prayer clause (b) reads as under :- (b) that pending the hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to deposit rent of the application premises before the Hon'ble Small Causes Court at Bandra at the rate of Rs.19.50 paise per month for the period from October, 2019 to December, 2019 and thereafter be permitted to further deposit rent at the rate of Rs.19.50 paise on or before 10th of every calender month.

The applicant is permitted to henceforth to deposit the rent for the entire year in advance.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 6.
