The applicant was granted bail by order dated 31st October, 2018 passed in Bail Application No. 2698 of 2018. The applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for four weeks. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the applicant that the surety has been presented before the Trial Court and the verification of surety is in progress. It is therefore prayed that the facility of furnishing cash security granted by this Court be extended by six weeks. Considering the submissions advanced by the Advocate for the applicant, time to furnish cash security granted by order dated 31st October, 2018 is extended for six weeks. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
