This Court by order dated 20 October 2022 while releasing the present applicant on anticipatory bail has inter alia imposed the following condition:

"(iii) The applicants shall not stay at Village: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai till conclusion of the trial and shall seek permission of the trial Court in case they are required to enter the said village".

By the present application, the applicant seeks relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

Considering the nature of ofence and to prevent the parties from committing any other ofence, the said condition was imposed. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present application for relaxation of condition in question, which is fled within a very short period of three months. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
