14-WPST-35568-17.doc Respondent states on instruction of Ms. Meenal Palande, Sports Officer, Thane Municipal Corporation that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has been approved by the General Body of the 1st Respondent in the meeting held on 20th May 2018. A copy of the SOP is also placed on record. It is taken on record and marked as "S1" for identification. 2.

Therefore, the only substantive prayer which is the prayer clause (c) is worked out. Therefore, nothing survives in the Petition and the Civil Application. Accordingly, the Writ Petition and the Civil Application are disposed of. 3.
