We dispose of this Petition permitting the Petitioner to file an application for provisional release of the goods, which are

Thereafter the Respondents will take a decision upon the same after giving an opportunity to the Petitioner as per law and facts within a period of two weeks, after necessary clarifications/compliances are received. Since we have indicated a timeline, it is necessary that the Respondents will pursue the matter for getting the necessary clarifications/compliances with urgency. The stand taken by the Respondents in the reply affidavit be treated as a prima facie opinion of the Respondents.
