The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner would complete the bond period that was so required to be completed while pursuing the fellowship in Critical Care Medicine. 2.

In view of aforesaid, the following order would serve the ends of justice:- (a) On completion of Petitioner's bond period, she shall report the same to the Respondent No.2.

Tauseef 46-WP.14916.2023.doc (b) On the Respondent No.2 being satisfied that the bond period stands satisfied, it shall declare the Petitioner's result for the examination in Critical Care Medicine that was held in the academic session 2022-2023.
