DATE : 19 JANUARY, 2024 P.C. :- Mr. Bhavesh Wadhwani, learned counsel appearing for M.V.Kini & Co. for the bank informs this Court that these petitions have now become infructuous as the matters have been settled before the National Lok Adalat on 7 July, 2022. He has handed over a photocopy of the order dated 7 July, 2022. The said order dated 7 July, 2022 passed by the National Lok Adalat is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Mr. Wadhwani further submits that both these writ petitions were on board on 7 July, 2023 when similar kind of submissions were made. However, the matters were adjourned to 14 July, 2023. He further submits that on 14 July, 2023 a request was made on behalf of the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 13742 of 2018 to adjourn the matter, so as to allow them to take instructions from their client.

However, even today Ms.Rajani Yadav, learned counsel holding for Lex Firmus is again seeking an adjournment. 4.

In view of the order passed by the National Lok Adalat on 7 May, 2022, nothing survives in both these writ petitions i.e. Writ Petition No. 13742 of 2018 and Writ Petition (St) No. 32583 of 2018 and the same are disposed of as infructuous. [RAJESH S. PATIL, J.]
