Ms. Anuradha Bosale, attached to EOW, Pune City submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have filed 'C-Summary Report' in the Court of J.M.F.C., Khadki, Pune and the same has been accepted by the trial Court by its Order dated 12th February, 2021. She produced on record a photocopy of the Order dated 12th February, 2021 passed by the trial Court.

2) In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
