The counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, who is present in Court, states that the time of 10 days mentioned in the order dated 8th December, 2017 expired on 18th December, 2017 and requests for an additional 15 days to make the payment.

The time to make the payment of Rs.60,000/- as mentioned in the order dated 8th December, 2017 is extended upto and including 3rd January, 2018.

Petition accordingly stands disposed.
