After hearing learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP, considering the materials pointed out, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this Applicant.

The Applicant is named in the FIR. The medical certificate is also shown to me. For the offence under Section 307 of IPC, not only injuries but intention is also important. It can be evidenced from the weapon used and part of body to be inflicted. No doubt the Applicant has lodged the FIR, but it is not due to assault at the same Shiv 1/2

Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
