Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant.

Perused the order dated 9th June 2017 (page 7). Learned Registrar Judicial-II granted three weeks time to remove office objections as per order dated 20th April 2017. This Court has extended time till 12th June 2017 inspite of that they were not removed.

Learned Advocate for the Appellant undertakes to remove office objections within four weeks. There is delay of 160 days in preferring restoration Application.In view of that Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to removal of office objections within a period of four weeks.

If the Appellant will ask for extension after four weeks then extension will be granted subject to deposit of cost of Rs.5000/-. (S. M. MODAK, J.)
