After having heard the learned advocate for the respective parties for some time, this Court has expressed its disinclination to interfere with the discretionary jurisdiction exercised by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in transfer of the case from one Court to another. The Transferee Court is however requested to conclude the trial of this case within a time frame of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
