1] Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the Petitioner herein, brings to our notice the fact that the Petitioner has received notice dated 5th January, 2019 issued by the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune City, intimating him to attend the enquiry on 24th January, 2019. The Petitioner is at liberty to attend the said enquiry and put forth his case. So far as prayer made in the Petition is concerned, the dispute raised by the Petitioner can be raised under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

(12)wp-206-19.doc 2] In view of this alternative remedy being available, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition. Liberty granted. Accordingly, Writ Petition No.206 of 2019 stands disposed off as withdrawn.

3] We hereby make clear that withdrawal of this Writ Petition shall not in any manner, influence the proceedings before the District Deputy Registrar or before any other Authority.
