The learned senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the second applicant is no more and the writ petitioner has no objection for impleading the first applicant as a party. He submits that the main writ petition which is pending at admission stage needs amendment as writ petitioner wants to implead three parties which were before the concerned authorities but are not made parties to the writ petition. Accordingly, we dispose of the application by passing the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Writ petitioner shall implead the first applicant as party Respondent No.6 in the main writ petition. We permit the petitioner to add three more parties as party Respondent Nos.7, 8 and 9. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. Consequential amendments are also permitted. Place Writ Petition No.6536 of 2017 under the caption of fresh admission on 10th April 2019. Advocate for the petitioner to serve private notice to the added parties. (M.S. SANKLECHA, J.)
