Heard. Today the matter is shown on board for withdrawal, on the basis of the praecipe filed by the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development, he has received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh on the basis of subsequent development. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, on subsequent events, if permitted in law. No order as to costs.
