Earlier, the order of issuance of process passed on 31st July, 2017 was challenged before the Sessions Court by filing Revision Applications. The Sessions Court has quashed and set aside the order of process passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate Court on 30th July, 2018 and remanded the matters before the Metropolitan Magistrate. The Metropolitan Magistrate again issued the process on 25th September, 2018, against which instead of going to the Sessions Court, the petitioners/accused have filed Writ Petitions before this High Court. The judicial propriety

requires to go before the Sessions Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these Writ Petitions.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to file before the Sessions Court. 4.

Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
