Admittedly, the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner is not disposed of by Respondent No. 3 since the year 2009. Learned AGP on instructions states that the same will be decided within a period of four weeks from today. In view thereof, the Respondent No.3 - Authorized Chief Settlement Commissioner, is directed to dispose of the Revision Application No.26 of 2009 filed by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. It is clarified that we have not considered the merits of the case and the Revision Application shall be decided on its own merits. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
