The learned APP on instructions submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is practically on the verge of completion and the police will submit chargesheet within 10 days from today. 2] In view thereof, the learned Counsel for applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court after the police submits final report or the stage under section 167(2) of Cr. P.C. reaches. Leave and liberty granted.
