Considering the fact that the subject construction is unauthorized, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to make an application through the owners of the property for regularization of the same in accordance with law before the Competent Authority. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioners to do so and if the liberty is availed by filing an application for regularization of the subject construction, the application shall be decided in accordance with law by Respondent No.1, within a reasonable period of time. 2.
