Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Admittedly, the admission process has closed on 30 November 2023. The Petitioner has made a representation for change over to the MD Microbiology Course, as according to the Petitioner, two

R.V.Patil 2 8 WP.14982.2023.doc seats are still vacant. It is not possible for us to issue a writ of mandamus in view of this position where admission process is closed. All that we observe that since the Petitioner has made a request to the CET Cell, the CET Cell will look into it and if it is factually and legally permissible, take necessary decision. By this order we are not deemed to have directed the CET Cell to take a decision in a particular manner.
