This Writ Petition is filed against the order dated 17th November, 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge directing the Investigating Officer to serve prior notice of 72 hours on the applicant before arrest.

As the notice is not served on the respondents/accused, no order can be passed exparte. However, I am informed that now Anticipatory Bail Application is fixed for hearing before the Sessions Judge on 14th December, 2018. Therefore, it is appropriate to dispose of Criminal Writ Petition with the following order:

(ii) Parties to cooperate.
