This is an application for extension of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 28th September, 2018. The applicant was directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 359 of 2018, registered with MIDC Police Station, Andheri (East), Mumbai on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. By order dated 28th September, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 2183 of 2018, the applicant has furnished cash security and he is being released on bail. However, verification of

Sknair 501-appp-1484-18.odt surety in accordance with aforesaid order is under process and it would take some more time. He, therefore, prayed that cash security provided by this Court may be extended by a period of four weeks.

In view of the above, to enable the applicant to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 28th September, 2018, the cash security of Rs.20,000/- granted by this Court is extended by a period of four weeks.

Application stands disposed off.
