DATE : 21st MARCH 2024 P. C.:- 1) Mr. Yagnik, learned A.P.P. on instructions from A.P.I. Shri R. B. Giramkar attached to Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune City submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime, the police have filed charge sheet on 5th January 2019, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. The said case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and numbered as Sessions Case No.614 of 2019. That the Petitioner was not traceable therefore charge sheet could not be served upon him and therefore his name is not reflected in the array of accused persons as of today.

1.1) Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, the Petitioner is very much available at address mentioned in the cause title of the Petition.
